Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documentation, including student records, staff files, and institutional correspondence.
- Coordinate scheduling for meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring seamless logistics and communication.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and administrative materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle inquiries from students, parents, and staff, providing professional and timely responses.
- Support the procurement and inventory management of office supplies and educational materials.
- Maintain digital filing systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for departmental activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Education, or related fields.
- 0-1 year of experience in administrative, clerical, or office support roles (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entry tools.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with educational institutions, training centers, or ed-tech sectors is advantageous.
