Responsibility
- Process and verify claims submissions from vendors, clients, and internal departments in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims, including documentation, approvals, and payments.
- Liaise with finance, logistics, and sales teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely claim settlements.
- Prepare detailed reports on claims status, trends, and potential issues for management review.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure resolution within agreed timelines.
- Assist in auditing claim processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding claim inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company financial procedures in all claim-related transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in claims processing, accounts payable, or administrative roles, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.
