Join Singapore Management University (SMU) as an Executive/Senior Executive for a 6-month contract with the Centre for Global Education and Opportunities (GEO). Responsibility
- Assist Program Managers in coordinating inbound and outbound student exchange programs, including application processing, visa support, and pre-departure orientations.
- Manage administrative tasks such as document verification, data entry, and reporting for GEO initiatives.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Admissions, Finance) and external partners (universities, embassies) to ensure program compliance and smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain tracking systems for student mobility, scholarships, and partnerships using CRM or database tools.
- Organize and promote GEO events, workshops, and info sessions to engage students and stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on program metrics, participant feedback, and operational improvements.
- Provide logistical support for visiting delegations, including travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
- Collaborate on marketing materials (e.g., brochures, website content) to enhance GEO’s visibility and appeal.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administrative support, program coordination, or higher education (Senior Executive level may require 4+ years).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a cross-cultural setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Slate).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset, with a commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience in student services, study abroad programs, or international partnerships is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setup.
