Responsibility

  • Manage and update CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date client and transaction records.
  • Coordinate and facilitate transactions, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed efficiently.
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders, maintaining professional and engaging communication.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other executive-level documents.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Organize and maintain executive calendars, prioritizing tasks and appointments effectively.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach and professional networking.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a reliable internet connection.
