Responsibility
- Oversee daily office administration, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Manage HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for security personnel.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, security industry regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and timekeeping for all staff.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and security-related resources.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Liaise with government agencies, clients, and vendors to maintain strong professional relationships.
- Prepare reports, budgets, and financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in HR, payroll, and compliance within the security or service industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and payroll software.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
