Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage the entire tender process, from identification to submission, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements.
- Prepare and compile tender documents, including technical and commercial proposals, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities and assess competitor activity.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, finance, operations) to gather necessary information and approvals for tender submissions.
- Maintain accurate records of all tender activities, including submissions, evaluations, and outcomes, using CRM or tender management systems.
- Review and analyze tender specifications to ensure alignment with company capabilities and strategic goals.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and vendors to secure favorable outcomes for the company.
- Provide regular reports on tender performance, pipeline status, and areas for improvement to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or a similar administrative role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with tender management software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex tender documents and identify key requirements.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error-free, high-quality submissions.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
