Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for executive review.
- Oversee scheduling, calendar management, and logistics for meetings and events.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for administrative functions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
