Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge repository, ensuring easy access and retrieval of critical documents, reports, and project data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and implement solutions to improve information flow.
- Design and update knowledge-sharing platforms (e.g., intranets, wikis, or databases) to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
- Classify, tag, and archive digital assets using metadata and taxonomy best practices for optimal searchability.
- Monitor and analyze usage patterns of knowledge resources to recommend improvements and drive user adoption.
- Assist in creating training materials, FAQs, and guides to support employees in leveraging knowledge management tools.
- Support the implementation of new knowledge management systems or software, including user testing and feedback collection.
- Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality policies while managing sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Information Management, Library Science, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in knowledge management, document control, or administrative support (internships or academic projects count!).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially SharePoint, OneDrive, or Teams) and familiarity with knowledge management tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, or M-Files).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
- Basic understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and information architecture principles.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on knowledge management trends and technologies.
