Your contributions will directly impact the smooth functioning of our offices, creating an environment where teams can focus on their core responsibilities without operational disruptions.
We offer a competitive salary range of IDR 8,000,000 to IDR 12,000,000 per month, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative and innovative setting.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, correspondence, and record-keeping to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Coordinate facility management, including maintenance, security, and vendor relations, to maintain a safe and functional workplace.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring timely procurement and cost-effective solutions.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements for executives and teams, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Handle confidential documents and data with discretion, ensuring proper filing, storage, and retrieval systems.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and operational workflows.
- Implement and monitor administrative policies and procedures to enhance productivity and compliance.
- Provide general support to staff, addressing inquiries and resolving administrative issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to improving administrative processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
