Responsibility
- Assist in managing daily administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Support financial operations by tracking expenses, preparing reports, and assisting with budget monitoring.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflows and timely project delivery.
- Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Help organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff and stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory and office supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
- Provide general support to the operations team, including ad-hoc tasks and special projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial tracking.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative on new challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and administrative processes is a plus.
