Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to event stylists, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.

- Manage event-related logistics, including inventory tracking, budget monitoring, and resource allocation.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of event materials.
- Conduct research on latest event trends, decor ideas, and industry best practices.
- Assist in on-site event setup and breakdown as needed, ensuring all details align with the design vision.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support, event planning, or a related field.
