Responsibility

  • Manage and organize executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders via email, chat, and video calls.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain and update digital filing systems, databases, and records for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries for team members.
  • Assist with expense tracking, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.

Qualifications
