Responsibility
- Manage and organize executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders via email, chat, and video calls.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain and update digital filing systems, databases, and records for easy retrieval and reference.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries for team members.
- Assist with expense tracking, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Provide general administrative support, such as ordering office supplies, managing contracts, and coordinating virtual events.
- Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.
