Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records maintenance.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements in compliance with local regulations.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and other HR-related policies.
- Assist in financial administration, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
- Prepare and submit HR and financial reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with external partners, such as insurance providers and government agencies, for compliance and audits.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity for all HR and financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, payroll processing, or accounts support.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and financial compliance in Indonesia.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
