Responsibility

  • Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
  • Maintain and update financial records, including expense reports and receipts.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Prepare and distribute administrative documents, such as contracts, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.
  • Handle data entry tasks and ensure all records are up-to-date and well-organized.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling and filing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum educational qualification: Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Final-semester students in relevant fields are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience in administrative or invoicing roles is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
