Responsibility

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with discretion and efficiency.
  • Oversee office supply procurement, vendor relationships, and facility management to maintain a productive workspace.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and databases with strict adherence to data security protocols.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
  • Develop and implement administrative systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide high-level support to senior management, including research, data analysis, and project coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive administrative or office management role.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
