Responsibility
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with discretion and efficiency.
- Oversee office supply procurement, vendor relationships, and facility management to maintain a productive workspace.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and databases with strict adherence to data security protocols.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Develop and implement administrative systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide high-level support to senior management, including research, data analysis, and project coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive administrative or office management role.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is highly desirable.
