Responsibility
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, providing a warm and professional welcome to our Bali office.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members and executives.
- Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support HR and administrative functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining records, and processing paperwork.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and office operations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and phone systems.
