Responsibility
- Accurately record, verify, and maintain daily employee attendance, leave requests, and overtime data using digital timekeeping systems.
- Monitor and reconcile timesheet discrepancies, ensuring alignment with company policies and labor regulations.
- Generate and distribute weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly attendance reports for HR and payroll processing.
- Collaborate with department heads to validate employee schedules, shifts, and exceptions (e.g., late arrivals, early departures).
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of timekeeping software, troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies regarding work hours, breaks, and leave entitlements.
- Provide administrative support for payroll calculations, including overtime and holiday pay adjustments.
- Maintain confidential employee records and respond to attendance-related inquiries from staff and management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in timekeeping, HR administration, or a related role, preferably in a corporate or multi-location setting.
- Proficiency in timekeeping software (e.g., Kronos, ADP, BambooHR) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies in large datasets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and payroll processes is a plus.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal) to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
