Responsibility

  • Maintain and update essential business documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to finance, HR, and operational teams.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail, with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic HR and finance processes is a plus.
