Responsibility
- Maintain and update essential business documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to finance, HR, and operational teams.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic HR and finance processes is a plus.
