Responsibility
- Manage the Group CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and foresight.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the company’s vision.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate and facilitate high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Oversee special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Maintain confidential files and records, adhering to strict data privacy and security protocols.
- Liaise with senior management, board members, and external partners to support the CEO’s leadership role.
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address them to enhance productivity and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in executive support are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives in a multinational or education sector.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the education sector or a passion for global education initiatives is highly desirable.
