Responsibility
- Manage and track company assets, ensuring accurate records and optimal utilization.
- Oversee inventory control processes, including stock monitoring, ordering, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows and improve efficiency.
- Assist in emergency and incident response, including documentation, reporting, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth procurement and logistics.
- Implement and monitor administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Support ad-hoc operational projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
