Responsibility
- Ensure compliance with all warehouse policies, directives, rules, regulations, and procedures in accordance with Arkema's HSESQ standards.
- Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory records and timely processing.
- Conduct regular inspections of warehouse facilities to identify and address potential safety hazards or operational inefficiencies.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to facilitate the smooth movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.
- Maintain and organize warehouse documentation, including shipping records, inventory logs, and compliance reports.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations and productivity.
- Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on best practices for safety, efficiency, and compliance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HSESQ standards and regulatory compliance in warehouse environments.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, with valid certification where required.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
