Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity and safety targets.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
- Monitor and optimize space utilization to maximize storage efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage warehouse operations efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data analysis.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
