Responsibility
- Assemble and test mechanical, electrical, or electronic components according to specifications and blueprints.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet industry and company standards.
- Operate and maintain assembly line machinery and tools with precision and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues during the assembly process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Document production data, including quantities, defects, and downtime, for reporting purposes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precision assembly tasks.
- Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and safety protocols in a production environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials (up to 20-25 kg).
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules (including overtime as required).
- Prior experience in electronics, automotive, or industrial assembly is a plus.
