Responsibility
- Operate and maintain company service vans, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of equipment and personnel.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on mobile power gear and technical equipment.
- Conduct field checks and troubleshoot equipment issues, providing on-site support as needed.
- Assist in the setup, installation, and dismantling of mobile equipment at various client locations.
- Document all service activities, including equipment status, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups across Bali.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies during operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving technical concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driverâs license (SIM A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment support, logistics, or a related technical field.
- Basic knowledge of power equipment, generators, or mobile technical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 25 kg).
- Familiarity with Baliâs geography and road networks is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
