Responsibility
- Develop and maintain demand and supply forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to align supply chain strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency.
- Implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize costs and maximize service levels.
- Support the development of supply chain policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Utilize ERP and supply chain management software to streamline processes.
- Prepare and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
