Responsibility
- Coordinate and arrange domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Prepare and verify export/import documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
- Generate and manage E-invoices and other digital documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers to resolve logistics challenges.
- Monitor shipment statuses and provide real-time updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including shipment tracking, costs, and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and reconciliation of logistics expenses.
- Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong knowledge of export/import regulations, customs procedures, and international trade compliance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
