Responsibility
- Oversee the dispensing and distribution of pharmaceutical products in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Ensure the accuracy and safety of all pharmaceutical operations, including storage, handling, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality control and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical products, including their usage, interactions, and potential side effects.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock of medications and supplies.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
- Train and mentor junior staff on pharmaceutical best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in pharmaceutical sciences and integrate them into company practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field; a valid pharmacist license is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing, logistics, or retail setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, GMP, and quality assurance protocols.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using pharmaceutical software and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate or work in the specified regions of Bali.
