Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts or overstocking, optimizing supply chain efficiency.
- Evaluate supplier performance, conduct regular reviews, and resolve discrepancies to maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with finance, logistics, and operations teams to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Prepare and maintain procurement reports, including cost analysis, savings tracking, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical procurement practices.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through market research, bulk purchasing, or alternative sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure favorable terms and pricing from suppliers.
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and industry best practices is a plus.
