Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Analyze market trends and demand forecasts to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations in supply chain operations.
- Implement technology-driven solutions to enhance supply chain visibility and performance.
- Monitor KPIs and report on supply chain performance to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain operations and reducing costs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
