Responsibility
- Conduct thorough quality checks on incoming and outgoing fresh goods to ensure they meet company standards.
- Pack and label products accurately for distribution, ensuring proper handling to maintain freshness.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counting, organizing, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to the warehouse supervisor promptly.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to lift and move goods weighing up to 20 kg.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
