Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high performance, adherence to safety protocols, and efficient workflows.
- Optimize inventory management by implementing accurate tracking systems, conducting regular audits, and minimizing discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations, particularly for exports to Japan and other key markets.
- Monitor and improve warehouse productivity by analyzing KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule deliveries, manage transportation, and resolve any delays or issues.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, enforcing health and safety standards and conducting regular inspections.
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and evaluate staff.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations, especially for exports to Japan, and customs documentation.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data analysis for reporting purposes.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian or Japanese is a plus.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, including lifting and moving heavy items as needed.
