Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and error-free fulfillment.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, adhering to safety and operational standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs regularly.
- Basic proficiency in using warehouse management software or inventory systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions accurately.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and proper handling of warehouse equipment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as required.
