Responsibility
- Assist senior QA engineers in inspecting and testing raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
- Document and report quality deviations, non-conformities, and corrective actions using standardized QA protocols.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production defects and propose actionable solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to implement quality control measures and improve workflow efficiency.
- Perform routine calibration and maintenance of QA testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Support the development and revision of quality manuals, SOPs, and inspection checklists.
- Participate in internal and external audits to verify adherence to ISO, GMP, or other relevant quality management systems.
- Assist in training production staff on quality standards, best practices, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or production environments (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, statistical process control (SPC), and quality tools (e.g., 5S, PDCA, Fishbone Diagram).
- Proficiency in using QA software, measurement tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel for data analysis is a plus).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
