Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily transport operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Manage fleet maintenance schedules, vehicle inspections, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Optimize route planning to reduce fuel costs and improve delivery timelines.
- Monitor driver performance, provide training, and ensure adherence to company policies and traffic laws.
- Liaise with warehouse teams to streamline loading/unloading processes and minimize downtime.
- Track and analyze fleet performance metrics, preparing reports for management review.
- Resolve operational issues, such as delays or vehicle breakdowns, with minimal disruption.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management, transport supervision, or logistics operations, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Proven ability to manage teams, with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.
- In-depth knowledge of transport regulations, vehicle maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Bachelorβs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
