Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials for lift and escalator projects at competitive prices.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase orders, contract agreements, and vendor performance tracking.
- Coordinate logistics for material deliveries, ensuring on-time arrival to project sites across Bali.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement just-in-time procurement strategies to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to align procurement activities with project milestones and budgets.
- Develop and maintain a database of approved suppliers, conducting regular audits for compliance and quality assurance.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions proactively, identifying alternative solutions to mitigate delays.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, analyzing spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of vendor negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization.
- Strong knowledge of procurement software, ERP systems, and inventory management tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction market and local supplier networks is highly advantageous.
