Responsibility
- Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and finished products using manual or automated systems.
- Adhere to workplace safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Assist in housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or a related field.
- Proven ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) as required.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety standards and willingness to follow protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, instructions, and basic technical documents.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high productivity levels.
- No formal education requirement, but vocational training in manufacturing or logistics is a plus.
