Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards in all manufacturing processes.
- Liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and resolve issues.
- Monitor production metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and manage production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory and material flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a supervisory or managerial role within manufacturing, production, or logistics.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a hands-on approach.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/MRP systems for production tracking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
