Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments, ensuring all items match purchase orders and documentation.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory using digital tracking systems, conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, adhering to company standards and deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks) safely and efficiently to move goods within the facility.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and secure storage of goods.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize warehouse layout, improve workflow, and reduce operational inefficiencies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, complying with health and safety regulations.
- Support cycle counts and year-end inventory audits, providing accurate data for financial and operational reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management (entry-level candidates with relevant training will be considered).
- Basic proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software; familiarity with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and stand or walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory, documentation, and order fulfillment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) to interact with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating inventory quantities.
