Responsibility
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of manufacturing projects to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, lower costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project integration and adherence to timelines.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success and compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any deviations from the plan.
- Utilize data-driven insights to recommend and implement best practices in manufacturing processes.
- Ensure all projects align with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in manufacturing project management or process engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of manufacturing software (e.g., ERP, CAD, or PLM systems) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
