Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Document production data, including output, defects, and equipment performance.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery for new production runs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
- Basic understanding of machinery and equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
