Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure accuracy and optimize stock availability.
- Develop and maintain inventory forecasting models to align supply with demand.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to streamline inventory processes.
- Identify slow-moving or excess stock and recommend strategies for liquidation or redistribution.
- Conduct regular audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Generate reports on inventory performance, turnover rates, and carrying costs for management review.
- Implement and improve inventory management systems and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory control and supply chain management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory analysis, supply chain, or logistics.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or demand planning is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is beneficial but not required.
