Responsibility
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring Halal compliance throughout the manufacturing and logistics processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify adherence to Halal standards.
- Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to address any compliance issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Halal certification.
- Support the preparation and submission of reports for Halal certification bodies.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on Halal requirements and best practices.
- Assist in the implementation of corrective actions to resolve non-compliance issues.
- Stay updated on changes in Halal regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Islamic Studies, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Halal certification processes and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
