Responsibility
- Supervise and lead production or quality assurance teams during assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and production standards
- Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular quality inspections and maintain detailed production records
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and productivity
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools
