Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, including shipments, deliveries, and inventory tracking.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve logistics-related issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Oversee data entry and maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics activities.
- Conduct annual stocktake inventory and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor and report on key logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with logistics software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
