Responsibility
- Lead and supervise production teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of production targets.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource utilization.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee packing operations to ensure products are packaged and labeled according to specifications.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
- Generate production reports and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide production staff.
- Proficient in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and safety regulations in manufacturing.
