Responsibility
- Develop and implement back-end supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and minimize operational costs.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow and on-time delivery.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., order fulfillment rates, stock turnover, transportation costs) to identify inefficiencies and propose data-backed solutions.
- Oversee vendor and supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Utilize ERP/SCM software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to track shipments, forecast demand, and generate actionable reports for stakeholders.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen, to enhance process efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards (e.g., ISO, customs compliance) for cross-border logistics.
- Support risk management by identifying potential disruptions (e.g., geopolitical, natural disasters) and developing mitigation plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, preferably in tech manufacturing or electronics.
- Proven expertise in back-end supply chain processes, including procurement, warehouse management, and distribution.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with global teams, vendors, and clients.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to optimize processes under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
