Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while maintaining accurate records and minimizing discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to align warehouse activities with broader business objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize space utilization in the warehouse.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with external partners, such as suppliers, transporters, and regulatory bodies, to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations, such as order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, and safety metrics.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, conducting regular audits and training sessions for staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and familiarity with ERP software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to drive operational improvements and decision-making.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
