Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure daily operations meet productivity and accuracy targets.
- Coordinate inventory management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while maintaining accurate records.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.
- Monitor workflow efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvements to reduce costs and enhance performance.
- Liaise with other departments (e.g., procurement, logistics) to align warehouse activities with company objectives.
- Conduct regular team training and performance evaluations to foster skill development and accountability.
- Resolve operational issues promptly, including discrepancies in stock levels or delays in shipments.
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse KPIs, such as order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, and team productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse settings.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic ERP software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
