Responsibility
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics for fresh and frozen products, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels, rotations, and expiry dates.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to handle perishable goods.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and proper storage conditions for temperature-sensitive products.
- Coordinate with procurement and distribution teams to streamline order fulfillment and minimize delays.
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality, quantity, and condition, and report discrepancies immediately.
- Organize warehouse space to optimize storage capacity and facilitate easy access to high-turnover items.
- Assist in preparing reports on inventory movements, losses, and other key metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics/warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in warehouse operations, preferably handling fresh or frozen products.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, ERP software).
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and work in cold storage environments for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to prevent errors in stock handling.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for perishable goods.
- Team player with strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays, as required.
