Responsibility
- Oversee daily factory operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to uphold product standards and compliance.
- Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and workers, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize production processes and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory and timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor equipment performance and schedule maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production metrics, challenges, and improvements to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory or production management, preferably in the energy or manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving operational excellence.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools for planning and reporting.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
